Conventions on Human Rights and the Revision of Criminal Procedure Law of China

Abstract：When we revised Criminal Procedure Law of China，international criminal justice principles determined by international human rights conventions are one of the important factors that we considered.Based on the existing rights，the revision perfects the litigant's rights and protecting system，especially increases some new rights in the law.The gap of contents are further narrowed between the new Criminal Procedure Law of China and international human rights conventions.The revision of Criminal Procedure Law of China reflects the gradualness of the Chinese reform of criminal procedure.There is interaction between the Chinese reform of criminal procedure and international human rights conventions.
